At Fix-A-Floor, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If our adhesive products or repair kits do not meet your project needs, you can return unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Ensure all adhesive tubes are unopened and tools are in their original packaging; pack them securely to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided shipping label or use your preferred carrier to send the package back to our distribution center.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
